i finally made one of the korean soups i like a lot: miyeok guk or seaweed soup ... its a very healthy soup full of calcium and iodine.
in michelle fashion (doing it my way), i also made the soup extra meaty and fatty :) since rice isnt on the regular diet, i need it to be filling, plus good grass-fed beef fat is good for you!
- 4 grass-fed beef bone marrows boiled and simmered for hours
- 2 beef shank slow cooked for 8 hours in the crock pot
- dried seaweed
- garlic
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
we enjoyed this soup with some kimchi
