- cut beef skirt steak into slices
- rub on beef: lots of ginger powder, garlic powder and ground pepper
- chop up broccoli and carrots
- optional: stir fry dried red pepper with oil for a few minutes
- stir fry beef in skillet for a few minutes
- add broccoli and carrots
- optional: add soy sauce (if not add some salt)
- optional: add white wine or sake
- cover for 3-5 minutes
