another paleo recipe favorite of mine is pork cabbage wraps!
stir-fry in skillet:
- cooking oil (olive, butter, ghee, bacon fat, lard whatever you prefer)
- chopped up fresh garlic
- chopped up fresh ginger
- chopped up dried red pepper
- pepper
- salt
- ground pork
for extra filler add veggies - this time i added:
- chopped up green bell pepper
- chopped up carrots
for extra asian flavor, use not-so-paleo soy sauce ;) and sometimes a little white wine adds some good flavor too!
here it is! yummy!!! i love me some cabbage wraps!!
