pork chops & gazpacho



pork chops cut into slices seasoned with salt and pepper with yummy raw veggie gazpacho.

the gazpacho was so refreshing, i wish i had shrimp to eat it with! seafood would be the best combo with this for sure!

gazpacho is traditionally a cold tomato based vegetable soup from spain. i, of course, did an interpretation of it :)

gazpacho:
in a blender:

  • whole tomatoes
  • celery
  • cucumber
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • onion
