yummy beef shank with some bone marrow and bok choy and chinese broccoli stir fry!
beef shank
- cook in skillet on medium a few minutes each side flipping a few times and covered while cooking - total time 8 minutes approx.
stirfry
- lightly sautee 3 garlic cloves chopped up and dried red pepper in coconut oil
- add chopped up bok choy and chinese broccoli and stir
- add teaspoon of ginger powder
- add a few pours of tamari
- add squeezed lime
- cover and simmer for 5 minutes
